 In Chapter One, Mike debunks a lot of sales babble effectively.  It is refreshing with many valuable insights.  In the process, I think he leaves the impression that the buying process is more rationale than it often is.

		<description>This merger seems to naturally occurring to me. Doing business with a persuasive salesperson who skillfully applies his product/service is fine; but we also, more and more, want someone within a broader context or Brand who understands me and my problem well, whom I also trust and like as a person. It&#039;s more of the move away from transaction purchasing, to consultant provider.
