Developing new rainmakers within an organization is the centerpiece of what Harding & Company does. In this, our assistance goes well beyond the theoretical. You'll benefit from our extensive research on rainmakers, and from advice shared with us by top rainmakers, themselves. We have honed our coaching techniques over many years. Additionally, all our trainers and coaches have real-world experience as sellers and doers in the professions. Because rain making is a skill that must be practiced - not just learned - Harding & Company offers a six-month program. Typically, we work with groups of a half-dozen professionals within an organization. We help assess skills and weaknesses. We offer a full day of intensive networking training. We help them understand the basics of selling. But we don't stop there. Because, as with fitness training or piano lessons, continuous effort is required for success, coaches work with trainees on an ongoing basis to strategize and carry out their sales efforts. Coaches are available for consultation and support at any time by phone, and visit trainee groups on site once a month to ensure commitment and reinforce learning.
